Holds a Master in Electronics, a PhD of Business Management from Paris-Dauphine University, two awards in advanced marketing and in high-tech start-up management from HEC business school, and also an Aix IAE diploma in Business management. More than 40 years of experience in managing positions of industrial businesses, including positions of General Manager of Gemini France, Vice President for Bull Group Strategy (investment in management is more than 20 million euros per year), Vice President of Gemalto, co-founder of the Pegase Industrial Cluster (France; more than 120 resident companies), management of more than 20 French companies in Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Canada and the European Union countries.
Ilya Zelikin - Partner - Europe
Graduated from Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology (Industrial Cybernetics and process automation). 15-year experience in IT, including 7-year of industrial software business development in Schneider Electric, supporting international negotiation and digital delivery chains from France, Canada, Australia, USA, Netherlands and Singapore.
Stéphane Lhoiry - VP - Business Development
Graduated from HEC Paris (France) and St Petersburg State University (Russia), Stephane has 20 years of managerial experience in business development and project management. Over the past 15 years, he has led multi-million euro retail and real-estate development projects in Russia, Central Asia and the Caucasus countries. He has worked for international groups such as Carrefour, Auchan, Leroy Merlin and Metro Group.
Kairat Karmanov - Vice-President - GR
Graduated from Florida Atlantic University (USA) in International Law and Eurasian National University. 10-year experience of business support to International Companies being at the position of Deputy Chairman of Kazakhstan Investments Committee and Vice-President of KaznexInvest (Kazakhstan National Agency for Investments). Preparation and participation in negotiations with the management of large international industrial holdings that regulated their working conditions in Kazakhstan.

Graduated from Saint-Petersburg University (Economics), MBA in Corporate Financing. 15-year experience in corporate business development, investments and finance. Prepared and structured deals with Capital Partners, ENKA, Radius Group, IKEA, Leroy Merlin, FF&P.
Bakytzhan Mergembaev - Assistant to CEO
The youngest employee of our company. He graduated from Nazarbayev University in 2018 with a degree in International Relations and Political Sciences. He completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
